Welcome 2017

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year period. We have just returned from a week in Keswick, in the UK's Lake District, where we spent Christmas and had our first holiday with Mini Bite. I look forward to catching up on blog posts in time, and sharing recipes again soon, but for now - here are some pictures from our time away.

  1. Happy New Year to you, Mr Bites and Mini Bite too x
Love the three stockings, we have never had stockings in our home - but maybe next Christmas who knows.
Looks like you had a good time in Keswick. We had a quiet one and stayed home - just the two of us.

    1. Mr Bite didn't have stockings growing up either, but I love them :-) Despite their location by the tree on holiday, traditionally we had them on our beds, with small presents we could open before getting our parents up.

  2. Happy New Year Kari and family - I love that everyone has stockings in your family - they were always for kids for us - hope Mini Bite was suitably wowed by Christmas and the sparkles and lights and that you had some good food as well as the beautiful scenery!

    1. Mini Bite loved the lights and wrapping paper and that is a cheap way to entertain her, so we were happy :D
