How much of Sydney can one see in 4 hours?
As it turns out, a reasonable amount.
Compulsory sight number 1 - The Sydney Harbour Bridge (in dazzling sunshine):
Circular Quay:
Compulsory sight number 2 - Sydney Opera House:
Botanical Gardens:
New shopping centres...
...and old:
Cupcake shops...
...and chocolate shops...
...and of course so much more besides.
It's rather a pity to have to return to conference and work matters tomorrow!
go on, tell us how dull the conference is so that we don't feel jealous of you enjoying wandering around circular quay on a sunny day :-)
ReplyDeleteNo really I hope the conference is interesting but I would love to sit in the sun outside the opera house
Can't wait to find out more in detail! Whee!
ReplyDeleteYou certainly managed to cover some ground, but it looks like Sydney gave you a gorgeous day to do it.
ReplyDeleteWe've had lovely weather this week. Hope your few days have been great.
ReplyDelete@Johanna GGG
ReplyDeleteSoooo dull...definitely not worth the sunshine and sights ;)
@Hannah
ReplyDeleteI've been surprised at how little time I've had to blog them! I think I used all my spare time up on sightseeing. They will come though, rest assured :)
@Lisa
ReplyDeleteIt really did - I was very lucky. Still am in fact, as it's sunny today too.
@cityhippyfarmgirl
ReplyDeleteThank you :) The weather has been amazing, I feel very fortunate. Dazzling!
Dang girl, you have done so much. Sydney rocks. :)))
ReplyDeleteThere is a lot of talk about what material is best, and the fact is, frame construction plays a bigger role in durability than does the materialBikes Sydney
ReplyDeleteOoh - I think the old shopping center was my favorite!
