(In case you're wondering why we have a photo of the back of my head, it's because I spent an hour taming my unruly and erratically curly hair into slightly more curl-like curls. And I wanted photographic proof of it :P )
(The vegetarian option was gnocci)
And on the baby front?
The weekend has certainly got off to a celebratory start!
I have crazy hair as well, so I can appreciate that photo!
ReplyDeleteWho doesn't love a wedding! The photos are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteOh, I 100% understand the need for photographic proof of tamed hair! I get obsessive about photographing mine whenever it gets straightened. It's like "look! Look! Sometimes I don't look like a banshee!" :D
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous wedding! I'll even accept that it's marvellous without any polka dots ;)
Hehe, glad I'm not the only one! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you!
ReplyDeleteYes, I do the same when mine is straight too! Both extremes (straight and neatly curled) are sadly rare. I do wonder how people have the patience to blow dry daily...I don't think I'll ever be one of them.
ReplyDeleteI would have been very happy with some polka dots, but as far as traditional weddings go, this one was pretty nice ;)
I love your hair!!! I have very short, very straight, very boring hair - your hair is so cool. Hope you enjoyed the wedding!
ReplyDeleteOh, thank you Liz!
ReplyDeletelooks like you are having fun with your new camera (I want one)
ReplyDeleteis that soup with pumpkin and apricot loaf - I am intrigued (or maybe I just misread the menu?)
I was so intrigued too, but then the pumpkin and apricot loaf didn't appear! Most disappointing for my curiosity. The soup was sweet potato and pumpkin, but it came with an odd little dumpling type thing...I stuck with the generic bread rolls on the table in the end. Those who tried the dumpling described it as almost like a scone. I don't know if the menu was a misprint or they couldn't deliver on the loaf!
